Maxine’s Closet
Maxine’s Closet is a volunteer run store that resells at a discount donated clothing, homewares and toys to raise money for local charities. This past year Maxine’s was able to donate $47,000 to Community Mission Outreach!
Card Ministry
Chesapeake Methodist joins efforts with New Hope Church in Proctorville to deliver cards to the sick and homebound year round. Over 3,000 cards are delivered to Legacy in South Point, The Veterans Home in Barboursville, Wyngate Assisted Living and Wyngate Independent Living in Proctorville annually!
Children’s Ministry/Nursery
Jesus loves the little children, and so do we! Kids enjoy crafts and stories or playing safely in the nursery with volunteers during Children’s Church.
Music/Sound
We are grateful for those willing to play and sing before the Lord and for those who make our sound technology work! Do you have a musical talent? Please share it with us in worship!
